PaperPlane is an app where users can send anonymous “planes” out to the world for other users to view and respond to. Its aim is to be a safe space to send and receive kind messages. In addition, users can trade stickers and listen to music.

Why are messages anonymous?

We keep PaperPlane anonymous to protect our users. Without personal info attached, it’s harder for jerks to single others out or make things uncomfortable. We want it to be a space to be yourself.

Why can’t I reply to messages people send me?

One-way messaging keeps things short and sweet. Read an uplifting message, smile, and continue.

Is PaperPlane free?

Yes, all of the features on PaperPlane are free.

What safety features does PaperPlane have?

Users can report posts they see and report messages they receive. Both actions alert the PaperPlane team so we can review the situation quickly and take action when needed. We want everyone to feel safe and respected during their time here.

Additionally, if a post suggests someone may be in danger or struggling with self-harm, please report it and our team will review it with urgency. We may remove harmful content and provide resources to encourage the person to seek help.
